so here I am....145.6 and VERY steady. I eat what I like when I like. I work out and I weigh 145.6. It is very nice might I say. I finally don't feel like I am on a diet. When I had lost weight before with other things I still felt like I was on a diet when I was done. Now, for once in my teen-adult life, I feel like I have a normal relationship with food. I feel free.
I actually went swimsuit shopping yesterday. I got 2 new bikini's for our trip to Jamaica. I am enjoying watching my body change as I work out. For anyone who is even a little on the fence about doing this program. JUMP it is the BEST thing I have ever done. I am so happy I did it.
