so sorry for not blogging for a LONG time. Nothing has changed. I consistanly weigh 145.6. thats what I see the most on my scale. I have a had a couple little gains but I have never been a pound over my LIW. So I guess I would venture to say that I am pretty stable. I eat what I want in moderation and I work out 6 days a week. I would like to loose a few more inches of my hips and I am sure with the way I work out I will be able to accomplish it. I feet pretty good, I eat pretty good, and I still have a treat. I just feel free from food. I don't feel like I am this weight obssesed person that I have always been. It is nice.
I think I am going to go into my DR. to have my thryroid tested again. I have autoimmuine disease which makes my thyroid either work to hard or not work enough. and I feel a bit tired this last week so I need to see what's going on with that. I did not tell my DR. I was doing this. I don't like to be told no about stuff that I want to do. It was the right choice for me. It took care of the excess pounds I had gained when my thyroid stopped working and I feel better than I have in 3 years. So YEAH
